a. that based on Article 4 paragraph 1 in Goods Agreement of ASEAN Framework Agreement for the Integration of Priority Sectors, ASEAN-6 member countries will scrap duties on the import of all products under the Common Effective Preferential Tariff for AFTA (CEPT-AFTA) scheme, covered in the Priority Integration Sectors starting from January 1, 2007;
b. that based on the Roadmap for the Integration of ASEAN (RIA), ASEAN- member countries will scrap their duties on the import of 80% (eighty percent) of products covered in the Inclusion List (IL) starting from January 1, 2007;
c. that based on considerations as intended in paragraph a and paragraph b above, issued Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 129/PMK.011/2007 concerning Stipulation of Import Duty in the Framework Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) Scheme;
d. that in the framework to adjust import duty within Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) Scheme as intended in paragraph c following a change in ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature 2004 (AHTN-2004) into ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature 2007 (AHTN-2007), it is necessary to stipulate import duty tariff on Polyurethanes;
e. that based on considerations as intended in paragraph a, paragraph b, paragraph c, and paragraph d above, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 129/PMK.011/2007 concerning Stipulation of Import Duty Tariff within the Framework of Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) Scheme;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 129/PMK.011/2007 CONCERNING STIPULATION OF IMPORT DUTY ON THE IMPORT UNDER COMMON EFFECTIVE PREFERENTIAL TARIFF (CEPT) SCHEME
To Amend Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 129/PMK.011/2007 concerning Stipulation of Import Duty Tariff within the Framework of Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) Scheme by inserting 1 (one) Number between Number 222 and Number 223, namely 222a as stipulated in Attachment to this Regulation of the Minister of Finance and become integral part of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.
This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of stipulation and be made retroactive to January 1, 2007.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be announced by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
